Profile Products is seeking a Learning Leader in Buffalo Grove, IL to develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with company goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership, identify training needs, and ensure employees have the skills to excel in their roles.

The role requires instructional design expertise, LMS proficiency, and strong communication to design programs, manage budgets, and measure impact.

Competenze

• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms; ability to design digital learning tools.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs that address skill gaps and improve employee performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
