Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc., through Argo and Farm Family brands, seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to implement enterprise-wide programs and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. This on-site role in Chicago will manage large-scale projects and deliver engaging blended learning experiences.

Responsibilities include strategic L&D roadmaps, content development, change management, succession planning, and success metrics to improve organization performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Experience in financial services.
• 7+ years of facilitation and training experience.
• Strong project management of complex HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic roadmap for L&D programs including leadership development and compliance training.
• Lead design, development, implementation, communication, and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance and drive improvements.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery from content development to vendor management and budgeting.
• Support performance and talent management initiatives and succession planning.
