FirstBank PR is seeking a Learning Designer to design and deliver learning solutions, manage LMS courses, training content, and learning budgets. You will assess needs, facilitate training sessions, track completion, and monitor budgets to ensure value and compliance.

You will manage development programs, onboarding plans, and career paths; coordinate training strategies with business units; develop modules, storyboards, and supporting materials; and partner with SMEs to create impactful content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or training design role.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver learning solutions and LMS content including modules, storyboards, and support materials.
• Manage onboarding, technical learning, development plans, and career paths within assigned programs.
• Coordinate training budgets and governance processes; track program completion and reporting.
