Job summary

NBH Bank seeks a Learning Specialist I to design, develop, and deliver training programs across the enterprise. You will collaborate with SMEs to create instructor-led, computer-based, and blended learning resources, then deliver trainings and assess learner effectiveness.

Responsibilities include course registration, reporting results, and supporting training systems while fostering strong client and associate relationships, all within regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years banking or related job experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid driver's license; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and partner with SMEs to create training programs and learning resources (instructor-led, computer-based, blended).
• Deliver and facilitate trainings and evaluate learner effectiveness (levels 1–4).
• Handle course registration, announce offerings, and report training results.
• Build rapport with clients and associates and maintain compliance with bank policies.
