Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in language, math and reasoning skills.
• Some teaching or training experience preferred.
• PFA experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a structured continuing education program for all staff.
• Create in-person, self-paced, virtual, and e-learning courses across topics.
• Produce training manuals, handouts, procedures, and online resources.
• Collaborate with management to plan regular training sessions and broadcast recordings.
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting front-line staff and compliance.
