Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Learning Specialist I to design, develop, and deliver training programs across the enterprise. You will collaborate with SMEs to create instructor‑led, computer‑based, and blended learning resources, and conduct evaluations of learner effectiveness at levels 1–4.

You will manage course registrations, communicate offerings, report results, and back up training activities while building strong client rapport and upholding bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-2 years banking or related job experience required.
• Valid driver’s license; driving history must meet bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and partner with SMEs to create training programs and learning resources (instructor-led, computer-based, blended).
• Deliver trainings and evaluate learner effectiveness (levels 1-4).
• Handle course registration, communicate training information and report training results.
• Build rapport with clients and associates and provide support for training courses and systems.
