Kelly is seeking a Senior Learning Design & Development Analyst for a remote contract role with strong extension potential. You will design and develop engaging training with Learning Design teams and business partners, using multiple modalities including mobile, web-based, and in-class facilitation to achieve measurable learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of instructional design experience, branch banking experience, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline/360 and Adobe

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Instructional Design/eLearning/multi-media/website development.
• Must have Branch banking experience.
• Comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or a related field and/or eLearning Technical Certifications from certified institutions.
• Experience with the following content authoring tools: Articulate Storyline 3, Articulate 360, Adobe, Articulate Studio, Camtasia, SnagIt, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Experience providing instructional design across modalities (i.e. face-to-face, hybrid and online courses).
• Knowledge of LMS systems and creating compliant content that functions within an LMS.
• Knowledge of Web-based Training (WBT) creation and media such as audio, video, custom animations/interactions, graphics, etc.
• Instructional design knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment, needs analysis, job task analysis.
• Adult Education in a financial services and/or corporate setting.
• Ability to build trust with teams, colleagues, and leaders; effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence peers, direct manager, and business partners; work in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Consult and collaborate with Learning Design and Development Senior Analysts, Advisors, Business Partners, SMEs, Trainers, and project teams to design and develop training.
• Apply adult learning theories and Instructional Design methodology to create interactive training solutions across modalities.
• Develop training programs and materials for classroom, self-directed and web delivery, incorporating adult learning theory and creativity.
• Determine and develop training solutions based on business needs, performance goals, and audience.
• Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning media using tools such as Storyline: WBTs, simulations, scenario-based learning, audio, video, websites, and more.
• Participate in design processes with needs assessments, task analysis, knowledge task research, SMEs validation; develop storyboards and mock-ups.
• Develop end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Create measurement strategies for client solutions and data collection tools to assess impact.
• Design and develop data collection tools to measure training impact.
• Build engaging UI prototypes and graphic design elements for use within websites and eLearning media; provide creative direction on interactivity and branding.
• Review and test internal, vendor-made, and other media for LMS deployment.
• Research industry best practices in learning and apply to instructional solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Instructional Design/eLearning/multi-media/website development
• Must have Branch banking experience

• Support the intake of new learning request through consulting and needs analysis as well as implementation of final product (including building and influencing key relationships across HR, L&D and the business); measure business outcomes.
• Supporting design and development of training solutions using a variety of learning tools and modalities in partnership with business and learning partners
• Observing and/or facilitating created curricula in both classroom and virtual environments and collaborating with key partners to ensure learner success

What You Will Be Doing

• Use hands-on skills to consult and collaborate with other Learning Design and Development Senior Analysts, Learning Advisors, Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, Trainers, and project teams to design and develop effective and engaging training.
• Will apply adult learning theories and Instructional Design methodology to create interactive training solutions using a variety of learning modalities, (mobile learning, web-based training, social learning, adaptive learning, self-directed learning, virtual and in-class facilitation, job aids and other training materials).
• Develops training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom, self-directed and web-based delivery mediums; integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.
• Determines and develops appropriate training solutions for assigned projects, based on the outcome of analyzing business needs, performance goals, and audience.
• Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning media using tools such as Storyline, including: WBTs, Simulations, Scenario and game-based learning, Audio, Video, Websites, and additional media, as needed.
• Participates in the program design process by conducting: needs assessments; task analysis; research of knowledge tasks; working with subject matter experts to validate content; and the creation of supporting design documents including story boards and mock-ups. Development includes: constructing end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and writing supporting documentation
• Creates measurement strategy for client solutions to include the overall assessment approach.
• Designs and develops data collection tools and methods to measure the impact of training.
• Creates, deploys, and maintain eLearning media including: WBTs, Simulations, Scenario and game-based learning, Audio, Video, and additional media, as needed
• Build engaging, impactful user interfaces, prototypes, and graphic design elements for use within websites and eLearning media; provide creative direction on interactivity, imagery and branding
• Review and test internal, vendor created, and other media for use within the organization, and/or deployment via LMS systems
• Researches current industry best practices in learning as well as eLearning and applies in instructional solutions
