Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare client engagement. You will translate strategies into clear, audience-appropriate experiences, manage content workstreams, and partner with SMEs to ensure accurate, compliant material across formats.

You will apply instructional design, accessibility, and branding standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple content workstreams, reviews, dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through handoff.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and more.
• Translate complex product, technical, and process information into clear content.
• Apply branding, accessibility, and content-quality standards.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency.
