Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets across Healthcare. You will translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences and own content production from design through handoff.

You will partner with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure content aligns with strategy, branding, accessibility, and quality standards, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or similar).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
