Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare. You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate experiences and own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners to ensure alignment with learning strategy, curriculum priorities, and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences and use cases.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance insights, and governance requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
