LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design and deliver high‑quality learning assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate resources and own the content production stream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners, applying instructional design, accessibility, and brand standards while leveraging AI tools to boost

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders and SMEs.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and measurement requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
