Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to develop high-quality learning and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.

You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate experiences, owning content-production from design to final handoff, and collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners to ensure quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning and multimedia technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, and visual storytelling standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and measurement requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
