Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate approved strategies into audience-friendly experiences, own content production for initiatives, and collaborate with SMEs and governance owners to ensure accuracy and impact.

This role emphasizes adherence to design, accessibility standards, and using AI tools to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, and risks.
• Review and improve content using feedback, quality standards, and program metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
