LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for Healthcare to turn complex information into engaging learning resources. You will translate strategies into audience-appropriate courses, videos, job aids, and guides, collaborating with SMEs and governance teams to ensure accuracy and impact.

The role emphasizes applying instructional design, multimedia, and accessibility standards, and leveraging AI tools to boost production efficiency and learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Experience managing concurrent content-workstreams with deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital learning and tools like Mindtickle, Synthesia, Articulate, or Canva.

Responsabilités

• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into engaging experiences and resources for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through final handoff.
• Partner with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
