Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is recruiting a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to craft high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare client engagement. You will translate approved learning strategies into audience-focused experiences and own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources, applying instructional design and accessibility standards to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across formats,Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams, reviews, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tools.(Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners.
• Knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies, needs, and objectives for Healthcare client engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and campaigns.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance insights, and quality standards.
• Support other markets as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
