Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design high-quality learning materials, including multimedia assets, for Healthcare. You will translate approved strategies into audience-ready resources and lead the content production for assigned initiatives.

You will apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards, working with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy and impact. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training/educational content across formats; healthcare exp preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, and visual-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content‑production workstreams and priorities.
• Familiarity with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business goals.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and simulations.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative teams to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, and risks.
• Review and improve content using feedback and program measurement requirements.
• Support other markets as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
