Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high-quality learning, communications, and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences and own the content-production workstream from design to handoff.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and governance resources, applying instructional design, accessibility, and brand standards while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies such as Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, or Canva.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Translate approved learning strategies and curriculum requirements into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through development, review, and handoff.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, risks, and updates.
• Review and modernize content based on feedback and measurement requirements.
