Job summary

Alpha is hiring Learning Coaches to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning across campuses. You will diagnose gaps, use a 15-minute sequence you built, and stay with students through lunch and closing.

This full-time, on-site role requires at least 3 years working with children, reading-instruction experience, structured-literacy training, and US work authorization. Alpha provides relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9.
• At least 2 years of that experience teaching reading in grades K-3.
• Completed structured-literacy training OR a master’s in reading or literacy.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree required; teaching certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning and close gaps.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions with 2–4 students.
• Run morning launch, workshops, and campus routines with energy.
• Help students reach weekly app goals and stay on track.
• Stay with students from launch to closing.
