Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Learning Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning and targeted literacy sessions. You will diagnose gaps, lead short sequences you designed, and track weekly progress with data and school rewards.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, daily routines, and direct feedback to students, with relocation support and on-site work at Alpha campuses across the country.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of reading instruction or coaching for K-3 in last 5 years.
• Completed structured literacy training (e.g., LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree required; teaching certificate not required.
• Willing to work on-site with relocation support and be US-authorized.

Responsibilities

• Get K-3 students to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions with small groups using designed sequences.
• Support morning launch, workshops, and campus routines with students.
• Track progress with app-based goals, leaderboards, and data.
