You will partner across the organization to create engaging learning experiences and develop SOPs, onboarding, and role-based development programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in learning & development, with strong facilitation, content

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or capability building.
Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of creating professional training materials.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs.
Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into learning solutions.
Develop onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
Coordinate training schedules, communications, and events.
Maintain LMS content and resources.
Monitor participation, compliance, and effectiveness using metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous learning across US ELSE Services.
