Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Learning & Development professional focused on measurement and analytics to drive impact across Professional Services. You will partner with field teams to quantify learning outcomes, design evaluation frameworks, and tell data-driven stories to executives.

You will develop end-to-end reporting, embed measurement in programs, and create dashboards connecting learner outcomes to business impact, working across cross-functional teams in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing learning measurement and evaluation approaches.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and/or the Phillips ROI Methodology.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in learning, engagement, performance data and data visualization.
• Interest in learning impact beyond traditional metrics and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives, identifying metrics and translating data into insights.
• Develop reporting approaches providing visibility into program performance, learner experience, engagement, CSAT, and learning quality.
• Embed measurement into program design, defining success measures and data requirements.
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks and standards for the learning portfolio.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms linking activity, outcomes, behavior change, and business impact.
