Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning analytics, Instructional Design, field enablement, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Experience with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 3/4) or ROI methodologies.
• Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into actions.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills with learning, engagement, performance data.
• Focus on moving beyond traditional L&D metrics to demonstrate business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with across-team collaboration.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement in learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives, translating data into insights.
• Develop consistent reporting approaches for program performance, learner experience, engagement, CSAT, and learning quality.
• Embed measurement into learning program design with clear success metrics and data requirements.
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks and standards for the learning portfolio.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve learning solutions and impact.
