Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a curious, data-fluent Learning & Development professional who can uncover the story behind the numbers and turn insight into action for the field. You will design and lead research, own our learning measurement and analytics framework, and help evolve our strategy to link learning to business impact across Professional Services.

Working with Talent Development and Learning, you will connect field insights, program data, and business measures to inform decisions and improve

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning analytics, or instructional design.
Experience in Professional Services or technology environments is a plus.
Ability to design measurement strategies and evaluation plans.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
Develop consistent reporting approaches for program performance, learner experience, engagement, CSAT and learning quality.
Embed measurement into program design with clear success metrics and data requirements.
Establish scalable measurement frameworks and standards for the learning portfolio.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve learning impact based on data.
