Salesforce is seeking a curious Learning & Development professional to lead measurement and analytics for the Professional Services field. You will design research, own learning metrics, and demonstrate business impact through data-driven insights.

You'll partner with Talent Development and field teams to translate insights into actionable learning solutions, build executive-ready dashboards, and elevate the credibility of L&D investments across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience with Kirkpatrick Levels 3/4 or ROI methodologies.
• Ability to design and run qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
• Collaborative and consultative mindset across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
• Embed measurement into program design with clear success metrics.
• Translate field insights into actionable learning solutions.
• Build dashboards linking learning activity to business impact.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to define measurable objectives.
• Frame executive-ready stories for stakeholders.
