Job summary

Salesforce seeks a curious Learning & Development professional to lead research, measurement, and analytics for Professional Services. You will connect field insights with program design, drive analytics frameworks, and demonstrate business impact through dashboards and narratives.

You will partner with Talent Development to evolve learning measurement beyond participation, focusing on retention, application, and sustained behavior change across the field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Learning & Development, learning analytics, Instructional Design, field enablement, or related.
• Experience with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 3/4, Phillips ROI).
• Ability to design qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong data literacy with ability to visualize and report on learning, engagement, and business impact.
• Focus on moving beyond participation metrics to measure learning application and performance impact.
• Data storytelling to create executive-ready dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and aligning objectives to KPIs.
• Collaborative, consultative mindset with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and adaptability across audiences, from learners to senior leaders.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement of learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
• Develop consistent reporting approaches covering program performance, learner experience, engagement, CSAT, and quality.
• Embed measurement into program design with clear success measures and data requirements.
• Establish scalable frameworks and standards for evaluation across the learning portfolio.
• Identify trends and opportunities to raise quality and impact of learning solutions.
• Design and own qualitative and quantitative field research to understand skill gaps and priorities.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for learning solutions and priorities.
• Create dashboards and narratives connecting learning activity, outcomes, and business impact.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to align objectives and measures with business KPIs.
