Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a curious, data-fluent Learning & Development professional who can uncover the story behind the numbers and turn insight into action for the field. You will design and lead research and discovery approaches, own our learning measurement framework, and help evolve our measurement strategy toward sustained learning application and business impact.

Qualifications

Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to translate data into effective executive-ready narratives and dashboards.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand field needs and measure impact.
Partner with Instructional Designers to define measurable objectives and outcomes.
Create executive-ready presentations and dashboards connecting learning to business results.
Champion dashboards and reporting mechanisms linking learning activity to outcomes.
