Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead (DC Operations) to guide Lean thinking across our distribution centers. You will influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and other leaders while personally leading and executing improvement projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management, with Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred. SAP & EWM experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management, with Lean, Six Sigma, or OpEx experience preferred.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution business is a plus.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent and team player.
• Deep commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Align key metrics to drive world-class results across distribution centers.
• Manage projects and analytical resources; implement systems to track progress daily/weekly/monthly.
• Analyze transactional data to identify opportunities and root causes.
• Coach OE Analysts and focus resources on high-impact projects.
• Lead site and regional leaders to achieve consistent results across locations.
• Communicate project progress and results to senior management.
• Provide thought leadership on improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
