Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead (DC Operations) to guide Lean thinking across supply chain operations. You will influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and leaders, while leading and executing cross-functional projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and project management, with Lean/Six Sigma experience. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, or project management.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or OpEx experience is preferred.
• Experience in field operations within an industrial distribution business is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
