Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead for DC Operations to guide Lean thinking and safety across our supply chain. You will influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and key leaders while personally leading and executing projects.

The role requires developing cross-functional relationships, identifying opportunities via data and observation, and empowering associates through change management to achieve world-class performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
3-5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management are preferred.
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other OpEx platforms is favored.

Responsibilities

Lead Continuous Improvement & Safety thinking across supply chain operations.
Influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and other leaders while leading projects.
Develop cross-functional relationships and identify improvement opportunities from data and observation.
Coach OE Analysts and focus on outcome-producing projects.
Drive site and regional leaders to consistent performance across locations.
Communicate project progress and results to senior management.
Provide thought leadership on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvements.
