Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for its DC Operations. You will guide lean thinking across supply chain units, influence OE analysts and DC managers, and lead improvement projects using data, analysis, and change management.

Required: a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, or project management with Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred. SAP/EWM experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Key Metrics Alignment: Understand and communicate key metrics that create world-class results at AIT DCs.
• Project Management: Manage projects and analytical resources as assigned; implement measurement systems to track progress.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transactional data and business results to identify improvement opportunities; drill down to root causes.
• Coaching: Act as a coach for OE Analysts on AIT DC teams, ensuring engagement and accountability.
• Leadership: Drive site and regional leaders to achieve optimum results and consistency across locations.
• Communication: Communicate with senior management about project progress and results.
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
