Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in the United States is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for DC Operations to guide lean thinking across the supply chain, influence OE analysts and DC managers, and lead projects.

The role focuses on data-driven opportunity identification, coaching, and change management to empower associates and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management, with Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution setting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align key metrics with DC leadership and drive actions to achieve world-class results.
• Manage projects and analytical resources; implement measurement systems and track progress.
• Analyze transactional data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes.
• Coach OE Analysts and empower teams to stay engaged and accountable.
• Lead site and regional leaders to achieve consistent optimization across locations.
• Communicate project progress and results to senior management.
• Provide thought leadership on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost improvements.
