Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for DC Operations to guide Lean thinking across distribution centers. You will influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and leaders while leading improvement projects and driving world-class performance.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management, with Lean/Six Sigma as a plus. Strong collaboration, coaching, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution business preferred.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent and team player.
• Deep commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to take on new responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Align key metrics and influence DC leadership to world-class performance.
• Manage projects and analytical resources; track progress daily/weekly/monthly.
• Analyze transactional data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach OE Analysts to drive engagement and accountability.
• Lead site and regional leaders to consistent results.
• Communicate progress and results to senior management.
• Provide thought leadership on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
