Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead (DC Operations) to guide lean thinking across our distribution centers. You will influence OE analysts, DC Managers, and site leaders while leading and executing improvement projects.

Success hinges on building cross-functional relationships, identifying opportunities through data and observation, and empowering associates via change management while embedding lean principles in core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management.
• Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx experience preferred.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution business preferred.

Responsabilités

• Key Metrics Alignment: Understand and communicate metrics to drive world-class results across DCs.
• Project Management: Lead projects and coordinate analytical resources; track progress regularly.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transactional data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Coaching: Mentor OE Analysts; focus resources on outcome-driven projects.
• Leadership: Drive site and regional leaders toward consistent, optimal results.
• Communication: Report progress and results to senior management.
• Thought Leadership: Propose improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
