Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Continuous Improvement experience or equivalent degree/experience.
• Ability to coach lean capabilities and apply structured problem solving.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach others to identify and reduce waste and lead cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate lean conversion actions and train in lean tools.
• Document processes and assess financial impact of CI actions.
• Lead facility and operations upgrades and support change management.
