Job summary

Dover Food Retail seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean initiatives across operations with strong coaching and data-driven problem solving. You will co-own strategy, run Kaizen events, train staff, and lead cross-functional teams to sustain improvements.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Lean/OPEX experience, project management, and the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Continuous Improvement experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead CI initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and Kaizen events.
• Use data-driven methods to inform decisions and actions.
• Develop Lean capabilities and document improvements across operations.
• Lead or co-lead facility and operations upgrades.
