• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and lead cross-functional improvements

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to identify waste and implement sustainable improvements
• Lead cross-functional Lean events (Kaizen) and value-stream mapping sessions
• Develop business cases and assess financial impact of CI initiatives
• Facilitate data-driven decision making and performance tracking across site operations
• Support upgrade projects and capital expenditure justifications
• Communicate effectively across levels to drive CI culture and results
