Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Continuous Improvement/Lean/OPEX
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong coaching and training abilities in lean methods
• Proven experience leading Kaizen/Lean improvement projects
• Experience with data-based decision making and problem solving
• Cross-functional collaboration across departments
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop teams to identify waste and implement improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams on CI initiatives
• Use data-driven methods to guide problem solving and decisions
• Facilitate lean conversion actions and kaizen events
• Train staff in lean tools (5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, etc.)
• Develop Lean capabilities across the organization
• Document processes and financial impacts of CI actions
• Lead facility upgrades and other improvement initiatives
