Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Continuous Improvement experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and Lean OPEX conversions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to identify waste and implement improvements.
• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and Lean conversions.
• Develop business cases and assess financial impact of CI actions.
• Document processes and provide training on lean tools.
• Organize facility upgrades and support operations improvements.
