Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Keosauqua, IA to drive lean initiatives across operations. You will coach teams, lead Kaizen events, and build a culture of continuous improvement under the factory CI Leader.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CI, strong Lean knowledge, and experience with cross-functional collaboration, 5S, and problem-solving tools. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Continuous Improvement or similar field.
• Lean / CI knowledge and coaching experience.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in lean transformation.
• Use data-driven methods to identify and solve problems.
• Organize Kaizen events and training sessions.
• Develop and document processes and standard work.
• Support facility upgrades and operational improvements.
• Communicate across levels to drive results.
