Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Process Engineer to advance waste elimination, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will apply lean tools and structured problem‑solving to reduce variability, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on troubleshooting and a bias for action, with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least two years of manufacturing experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of two years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with root-cause analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate the eight wastes of lean manufacturing: defects, overproduction, waiting, underutilized talent, transportation, inventory, motion, and excess processing.
• Lead and support structured problem‑solving initiatives using tools such as A3, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Facilitate and participate in Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean initiatives to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing process data to identify trends, reduce variability, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, throughput, and reliability.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard work, visual management systems, and other lean tools.
• Train and coach frontline team members on lean principles, problem‑solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels in identifying and implementing opportunities to improve plant performance.
