- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial automation.
- Experience leading automation projects and system upgrades.
- Strong Lean/continuous improvement knowledge and practices.
Responsabilidades
- Lead analysis of manufacturing processes and equipment performance to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex process and production issues.
- Develop and standardize process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex issues.
- Mentor engineers and maintenance staff in process improvements.
