Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; interested in data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency and reliability of production processes and equipment.
• Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and other cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem‑solving activities for manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, and project updates to communicate findings and impact.
