Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Co-op for Process Engineering in Spartanburg, SC. You will support engineering projects that improve safety, quality and efficiency across operations and work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and implement data-driven improvements.

The role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit, runs January 4th–May 21st, 2027, and is an onsite, full-time position with 8:00am–5:00pm hours. A strong emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma and CAD tooling is noted.

Qualifications

• Undergrad currently enrolled in a full-time program, majoring in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, CAD/SolidWorks, or other engineering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and project updates to communicate impact.
