Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and automation to boost safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to deliver complex improvements at the Knoxville plant.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial automation, strong experience with Allen-Bradley platforms, Lean and TPM, and the ability to mentor engineers

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting industrial automation, controls, manufacturing engineering, or related technical functions.
• Experience as a technical leader or SME for complex automation and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including ControlLogix and/or CompactLogix.
• Experience with FactoryTalk, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, industrial networking, and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading automation projects, system upgrades, commissioning, and startup.
• Mentor and develop engineers, technicians, and other technical team members.

Aufgaben

• Lead analysis of processes, data, and equipment to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and engineering support for complex issues.
• Lead development and standardization of process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership for Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Develop data-driven strategies from KPIs to address trends and capacity.
• Establish and maintain process standards and SOPs.
• Lead production trials, changes, new equipment installations, and startups.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to improve reliability.
• Mentor engineers, technicians, and operations leaders.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Partner with OEMs and system integrators to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards.
• Identify emerging technologies and best practices.
• Promote data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
