Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other cross-functional teams to implement process and equipment improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities to address manufacturing challenges.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, project updates, and presentations communicating findings and impact.
