Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments.
• Experience leading large teams (100+ reports).
• Root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• ERP experience and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, coaching and succession planning for site teams.
• Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics on site objectives.
• Manages departmental budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; advises site leadership on growth.
