Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced production team in a heavily regulated manufacturing environment. You will champion continuous improvement, coach a mix of direct and indirect reports, and drive safety-first operations across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include Lean/Six Sigma deployment, cross-functional collaboration, 24/7 operations leadership, and strategic budgeting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
At least seven years of similar operations manufacturing management experience.
Experience overseeing production in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
FDA-regulated environments experience.
Experience leading direct and indirect reports with at least 100 total reports.
Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
Budget management experience.
ERP experience.
Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
Designs and deploys continuous improvement strategy using Lean and Six Sigma.
Lead coaching and development of supervisors and team leads and oversee staffing and onboarding.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to meet site objectives.
Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advise site leadership on goals.
