Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Extensive operations/manufacturing leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality and cost targets.
• Designs and deploys Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and qualification programs for site staff.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics.
• Oversees budget, labor planning, and capital investment recommendations.

7+ years operations manufacturing mgmt

Experience in pharma/personal care/FOB

FDA regulated environments

Leading 100+ reports (direct/indirect)

Root cause analysis & correctiveaction
