Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a KPO Leader to own and drive lean operating excellence across Finance, HR, DT, and Legal within the Power segment. You will champion best practices, deploy the lean operating method, and coach leaders across value streams to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will lead Kaizen Promotion Office standards, strengthen management rhythms, and promote an inclusive culture of continuous improvement with focus on EHS, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Operations/Center of Excellence/SG&A with Lean toolkit.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating method.
• English fluency and willingness to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy for Power enabling functions (Finance, HR, DT, Legal).
• Partner with value streams and GE Vernova stakeholders to standardize Kaizen Promotion Office standards.
• Own Lean Operating Method deployment by assessing baselines and coaching leaders.
• Strengthen monthly rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, reporting, and sustainment.
• Deliver sustainable productivity through value streams, simplification, and cross-functional alignment.
• Champion automation and AI to improve execution and scale best practices.
• Build an inclusive culture of continuous improvement aligned to GE Vernova Way.
