Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Experience building enterprise operating systems, governance models, or Lean management systems.
• Experience leading manufacturing capacity expansion or strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong Lean principles, problem solving, and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience developing executive reviews, KPI management, and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the Global Supply Chain Development operating system across GE Vernova.
• Apply Lean principles to simplify and standardize processes and accelerate execution across the enterprise.
• Oversee capacity expansion and capability development across GE Vernova's global manufacturing network.
• Design and lead enterprise operating reviews for visibility into initiatives, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with strategy, finance, and executive leadership to align initiatives with business priorities.
